PM Modi inaugurated and laid foundation stones of various development projects worth around ₹
13,480 crore. He was accompanied by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, and other government officials on the occasion.
The Prime Minister also flagged off four new rail projects in the state, including Amrit Bharat express between Saharsa and Mumbai, and Namo Bharat Rapid rail between Jaynagar and Patna and trains between Pipra and Saharsa and Saharsa and Samastipur.
PM also provided keys to beneficiaries under the PM Aawas Yojana. He is also scheduled to address the Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) and Gram Sabhas across the country.
